Villa La Sebastiane is located in the prestigious golf course of Sainte-Maxime.

Nestled on a fenced plot of 1500 m2, the villa is in perfect harmony with the specifications of the Golf area, both for the architectural quality of its lines and for the beauty of its gardens with multiple Mediterranean species.
The villa coexists harmoniously with the other beautiful residences of this domain .
The infinity pool, whose terrace extends into the beach, looks very good. It is surrounded by a wrought iron fence to ensure the safety of children. To complete this relaxation area, you can also enjoy an infinity spa and waterfall of 8 places.
The dominant view of the sea, the golf course and the hills is in itself a major asset, but you will also appreciate its charm and tranquility, while being close to the beaches, the town center, its shops and its activities.
Parking secured by an automatic gate can accommodate 3 to 4 cars.
A large living room with large bay windows faces the superb landscape and gives access to the various terraces in the day area. The American kitchen adjoining the living room is fully equipped with essential appliances for your culinary well-being.
The villa has 6 air-conditioned bedrooms that can accommodate up to 12 people.

Tourism
If you want to go on a tourist walk, in addition to Sainte-Maxime, we recommend the neighboring villages of Port Grimaud, Grimaud village, Gassin, Cogolin, Ramatuelle, and of course the essential Saint-Tropez (shuttle "les Bateaux Verts" in summer, from the port of Sainte-Maxime). On a slightly longer day, we also advise you to go to the Gorges du Verdon, where you will find breathtaking landscapes.
La Sebastiane is also a starting point to meet the famous Voiles de Saint-Tropez at the end of September. From the Villa you can see the magnificent sailboats sailing.
Hobbies
On the sea side, the beaches of Sainte-Maxime cover 11 km of shore and offer a rich range of nautical and leisure activities.
On the land side, whatever your sporting discipline, this will be an opportunity to practice it in an exceptional setting. A jog by the sea, a mountain bike ride on the famous "Roch d'Azur" course, the 18-hole golf course, located directly in the grounds of the villa, or even a Karting on the beautiful Grimaud circuit.

To go out at night, Sainte-Maxime is a destination that offers a wide choice of activities.
